Solidarity is needed as long as there is war!
Since 24.02.2022 we have started collecting money to support people from the anarchist and anti-authoritarian community, their families and friends and people who need support. So far you have donated around 374794 euros. Together with Solidarity Collectives and a large network, we have used this money to support a wide variety of people inside and outside Ukraine.
We want to remember the people from our community who have lost their lives in active resistance against Russian imperialism since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Rest in Power.
Yurii “Yanov” Samoilenko (antiracist supporter of Arsenal Football Club), Ihor “Crimean” Volokhov (worked with trade unions, Kharkiv squat scene), Tikhomira “Tisha” Volkova (a paramedic and feminist from Kharkiv), Dmitrii (Kharkiv hardcore scene), Evgenii Osievskii (journalist), Serhii “Banan” Ilchenko (activist of the Black Flag group), Cooper “Harris” Andrews (Afro-American community organizer), Samuel Newey (activist from UK), Finbar “Ciya” Cafferkey (activist from Ireland), “Zhvir” (Belarusian antifascist), Dmitrii “Leshii” Petrov (Russian anarchist) and Marcy (activist from UK).

What has been financed with the money collected so far?
- There are anarchist/antifascist/antiauthoritarian activists in various military structures. At the beginning of the war, there was a unit in Kyiv that saw itself as explicitly anti-authoritarian, which emerged as a self-contained group, but no longer exists as such. All the others are part of normal military units. As anarchists, the desire for mutual help in this war situation is great, so some people in the non-explicitly political units are also supported when our friends ask for it.
- So far, €201,609 have been paid for protective gear and equipment.
- We bought 10 cars, which are now in Ukraine and are being used for various activities there, and donated money for other cars for a total of €79,659.
- For logistics, gasoline, vehicle documents, car repairs … €27,542 were paid.
- For individual support for people who have left the country (travel costs, accommodation, “pocket money” and special needs), people who have traveled to Ukraine to take part in the resistance there and financial support for people in the country, such as medical support, 16,695 euros were paid.
- We donated €3,000 euros to Solidarity Apothecary’s Ukraine Herbal Solidarity project so that they can produce new medicines.
- The Medical-Selfdefense-Network received medicines and medical equipment for €12,939.98 as well as a van for their work.
- Especially at the beginning of the war, the morning-after pill was distributed together with feminist initiatives.
- ABC Galicia received financial support for the operation of its warehouse in the amount of €14,000 as well as protective equipment (vests and helmets) for its drivers.
- Help War Victims was also supported with protective equipment for their trips to the frontline areas.
- Vegan Kittchen Lviv also received financial support.
- In addition, a lot of merch was produced, which you can buy at the events, information stands, at Black Mosquito or Sabotage Distro.
