Since Wednesday, June 5, Maja has been on hunger strike against the intolerable conditions in a Hungarian prison.
Isolation, vermin, and violence characterize Majas daily life in prison. At the same time, a show trial is taking place before the Budapest City Court. Maja is being made an example of.
The hunger strike is a drastic measure and poses an immediate threat to Maja’s health. This means we have little time to act.
What can we do?
Raise awareness and apply pressure! Contact politicians and organize protests!
To organize this in Dresden over the next few weeks, we are holding an open meeting.
Come to the seminar room at Coloradio (Zentralwerk, Risaer Straße 32) on Monday June 9, 2025, at 6 p.m.!
