On 05 November 2020 the Federal Public Prosecutor General’s Office carried out an operation against alleged anti-fascists in Leipzig. For one of them the LKA had brought a warrant of arrest with. they took a person into custody on remand.
The arrested are accused of having been involved in several attacks on fascists, or of having planned and prepared them. The whole thing is supplemented by the obligatory accusation of having founded a criminal association according to § 129 StGB, whose goal is to “carry out attacks against persons of the right-wing scene”.
On 06 November the Federal High Court confirmed the arrest warrant against Lina. In a press release, the Attorney General accused her of tactical command and of having taken a “prominent position” within that organization. The yellow press called her as the “leader”.
